Our talented chefs craft a menu that’s mouthwatering and genuinely Costa Rican. With locally sourced ingredients, each dish carries the flavor and soul of this rich culinary region. Sura Bar & Bistro
Set in traditional Costa Rican style, Sura Bar & Bistro seats up to 120 guests and is designed to be open-air so you can enjoy nature, volcano views, and the soothing sounds of falling water. It’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Breakfast (7:00-10:00 AM): fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets and eggs, waffles, pancakes, artisan bread, fresh juices, and rich Costa Rican coffee.
- Lunch & Dinner: table service with a full menu, plus special meal plans depending on your lodging package.
- Drinks: thoughtful wine list, plus premium domestic and imported liquors.
Chonete Thermal Sport Bar
Whether you’re cooling off or winding down, Chonete Thermal Sport Bar offers a unique poolside experience. Open until 9:00 PM, it features both swim-up and dry seating. Enjoy a craft cocktail or mocktail while relaxing in secluded thermal pools lit with ambient lighting, with soft music in the background. The perfect evening spot for couples, families, or friends.
